Cable Assembly
Quads, each having special lay length to minimize crosstalk and capacitance unbalance, are assembled into 10 pair, 50 pair or 100 pair units.
Core Covering
A non-hygroscopic dielectric plastic tape having suitable overlap is applied longitudinally or helically over cable core.
Screen (Shield)
A flat aluminium foil having and coated with copolymer on both sides is applied longitudinally over the core covering as screen.
Outer Jacket (Sheath)
Polyvinychloride (PVC) is extruded over core covering
